Ryobi has just unveiled a new garage opener system that includes modular add-on parts. The heart of the system is the Ultra-Quiet Garage Door Opener. The garage door opener comes with a 2HP motor with a built in motion controlled LED. The garage door opener runs on your garage’s AC power. It can also use a Ryobi 18V 4.08ah battery to provide backup power in case of power outages at your house. This allows you to still open and close the garage, even when there is no power. You can use the Ryobi Garage Door Opener app to control your garage door opener. It can also be connected via wifi with HomeLink via Wi-Fi. Any homeowner that is looking to have an extra level of protection for their car should definitely look into this.
